Submission of abstracts is via the web.
Fill-in all fields in the form below. After submission, notification of reception will be sent out as a confirmation.
In the exceptional case of no access to email or a web browser, you could send an abstract by regular mail to Ken Knoblauch.

Abstract Information
In case of multiple authorship, separation should be by comma. If authors have different affiliations, add a number after each name, e.g.,
J. Chirac1, T. Blair2, G. W. Bush3

In case of multiple authors with multiple affiliations put the number before the affiliation and separate different affiliations by a new line.
